Points positifs : Logement lumineux ,très propre , aménagé avec goût et de plus offrant une vue magnifique sur la place de la mairie (qui se mérite étage 4 sans ascenseur) Arrivée en autonomie avec des explications claires et la communication avec le propriétaire est très facile Transport en bus gratuits dans Morlaix et vers les sentiers côtiers et les plages de la baie de Morlaix

Points positifs : Très joliment décoré Bon emplacement Propriétaire très réactif et agréable

Points négatifs : 4eme étage non signalé dans l’annonce

Points positifs : The studio is very nice and the owner helpful and understanding. It is very cozy and comfortable, amazing location, in the middle of all the places to visit and shops and restaurant was very easy to go arround. Plus the view from the window is amazing. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.

Points positifs : Es war einfach gemütlich und sauber 😌. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und gut zu erreichen.

Points négatifs : Für über 60 jährige ist die 4 Etage doch etwas anstrengend. Waren wir selber schuld 😉.

Schöne Wohnung im 4. Stock.

Points positifs : Schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gut Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter.

Points négatifs : Der 4.Stock ist schon ganz schön hart ;-). Der Lärm in dem kleinen Park vor dem Haus Nerv schon mal wieder wenn man bei den höheren Temperaturen das Fenster offen lassen muss. Kann aber der Vermieter nichts für.

Stylish studio on the 4th floor of a historic building

Points positifs : The location was amazing and there is a lovely view of the square and cliff gardens in front. The apartment is immaculate and is tastefully decorated. It looks like it’s been recently remodeled. The bed was very comfortable despite being a sofa bed.

Points négatifs : The stove top didn’t work despite us following the detailed instructions. In the end we discovered it was broken and the owner had provided a plug in two ring burner in one of the cupboards below the counter. It would have been better to remove the laminated instructions to save time and just post a note about the 2 ring burner. The apartment is on the 4th floor and requires walking up a winding staircase. Normally not a problem for us but we arrived on bikes. The ground floor hallway was not wide enough for us to store our bikes without obstructing access for others . Also, it’s not secure as the main entry door is not locked. We carried the bikes up and down the staircase. I would suggest that although this is a lovely apartment, if you’re a bicycle tourist, it’s not suitable. Otherwise a lovely place to stay in Morlaix.
