Very spacious modern Apartment very close to the centre

Points positifs : Spacious modern apartment, with everything you need in a great location, very close to the city centre, but far enough not to be noisy. Kitchen equipped with everything you may need, if you want to cook (we didn't) . Large kitchen and living room and good wifi. The toilet and the shower are separate, which is convenient. Parking spot, which was great because in the centre there isn't that much parking and we were road tripping around with a car. The host was really helpful, replying to all our questions and requests and even gave us a late check out :)

Points négatifs : The apartment could have been cleaner, especially the kitchen. There was a lot of kitchenware, and some of it wasn't that clean, kind of felt like they just trusted the previous people that went through to clean things properly, which isn't always the case. The counter also wasn't that clean, felt like someone rushed it. There was also way too much stuff in the kitchen. Plenty of food in the freezer and shelves, that either previous visitors had left or that belonged to the host (maybe someone lives there and just rents it out sometimes and still leaves stuff in there). The lighting in the apartment is also way too harsh, there are not soft night lights, only daylight temperature stuff that doesn't help the ambience. Needs some warmer light and some more discreet lighting for the night. Outside the apartment the building looks a bit run down and in need of a renovation.
